How much are your postal charges?
Within the UK we make a charge of £1.50 for postage and packing for all purchases below £20.00. Above £20.00 postage and packing is free.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes, but please email before placing your order to enquire about postage rates to destinations outside the UK.
Is there a minimum order value?
£5.00.
Do you only sell on the internet, or do you also have a shop?
We do not have a shop, but do attend several dolls house fairs throughout the year where we look forward to meeting you in person. Click here for details.
I’ve seen some items on your stand at a show which aren’t listed on your website. Am I still able to buy them?
Our website will be updated at regular intervals with new items being added. However, in the meantime, if you don’t see what you are looking for, please email for details/prices and we will be happy to supply them. If you know what you want and you can't find it on our website, you can download our order form.
I'd prefer to pay by cheque. Do you have an order form that I can download and fill in?
Yes, you can download our order form and use it for cheque orders or for ordering anything that isn't yet on our website.
